cancellation policy 

We understand that things come up and plans change, especially living with our fickle Montana weather! We just ask that you please let us know of any changes or cancellations at the earliest time possible. If you cancel the day before your departure or later you may be charged a cancellation fee of 25% . 

Illness disclosure

We kindly ask that you please tell us of any illnesses your pet may have or may have been exposed to, ie kennel cough or fleas. This is for your pet's and others' health and safety. If there is a chance they are sick, we will just tailor our care slightly. This means we may avoid contact with other animals or areas. We want all animals to stay happy and healthy!

Vaccine disclosure

We require that all of our animal clients are up to date on all major vaccines. If they are not we may tailor our care slightly. This means we may avoid contact with other animals or areas, like the dog park. This is so we minimize the risk of spreading illness and of your pet contracting an illness. Healthy pets are happy pets!
